Co-founder and partner of “&ahead – one career is not enough”
&ahead is a career platform and network that gives individual support in form of digital tools to those seeking to re-enter the professional marketplace after a career break, in particular young mothers and fathers.
We have developed a methodology that structures and facilitates this process. &ahead offers forums and workshops as well as group, individual and e-coaching sessions several times a year. In addition, our members benefit from a virtual as well as face-to-face mentoring program with experts from partner companies primarily in the sectors of finance, consumer goods, IT and healthcare.
We also work with them by sharing their vacancies and open positions on our career portal, making them accessible to our candidates.
In return, we help them design a career re-entry program tailored to our target group and company needs. Our partner companies thus have access to our network and a hidden talent pool.
Starting a business is a big step. From my own experience, I know that it takes a planned approach and a lot of feedback and reflection.
Through my multi-faceted wealth of experience and expertise as an entrepreneur, founder and director of a globally active accelerator program “Founder Institute”, I am happy to advise you during this step.
As a professional sparring partner & mentor, I will give you valuable feedback because it is important to look at multiple perspectives before moving forward.
I can provide structure in this process and draw from my experience, which I am happy to share with you. In addition, I can provide you with targeted support through connections with my network.
A special concern of mine is to encourage more women (see article fnp: Mit Frauenpower zur eigenen Firma) and to support them in realizing their own business ideas and leading them to success.
A special concern of mine is to encourage more women and to support them in realizing their own business ideas and leading them to success.
According to a study, the main motivation for women to start a business is independence. Another reason is to use their own skills and experience, to implement a business idea and also to want to make a difference. A lack of willingness to take risks and a lack of self-confidence are the two main reasons for not starting a business.
To better utilize the start-up potential of women and thus to see more great ideas realized, many of them with a social impact (17 UN SDG`s), is very close to my heart. I am happy to support, advise and accompany you in positioning, reflection and implementation in the critical start-up phase and beyond.
