In 2003, after more than 10 years with two international executive search networks, I founded my own executive search boutique. As an entrepreneur, I think and act in a goal- and success-oriented way. As a person and a working mother, I am a good listener, empathetic and interested in your success.

As an executive search consultant. In over 25 years, I have analysed several thousand profiles and guided and advised hundreds of candidates in their next career move and the consideration and decision to do so.

As a founder. &ahead, is a career platform for re-entering the workforce. As a working mother, I know the challenges of resuming a career after a family-related break. As an international team, we support returners and offer companies access to a readily available talent pool with relevant work experience (7-12 years).
As director of the Founder Institute. I support the accelerator program to promote the start-up ecosystem and entrepreneurial thinking and action in the Frankfurt Rhein Main region. This also keeps me in touch with the latest technological developments and expands my network to include interesting, optimistic and imaginative colleagues.
As a sportswoman. I like competition and can pass on much of what I have learned from this recurring challenge in my professional life. Perseverance and a focus on success are part of my DNA.
As a networker. With the help of my multi-faceted and established network, built up over 20 years, I can, if desired or where it fits, establish contacts and connections to individuals but also to companies and organizations.

I have successfully worked as an executive consultant on a retainer basis for well-known companies in the areas of financial data & research, rating, financial consulting, family offices, real estate/ project development, asset management, private wealth management and in the areas of consumer goods, cosmetics and fashion for more than 25 years.
As an executive coach, I act with great empathy, professionally and in a goal-oriented manner. It is important to me to support you individually in achieving your goals, to strengthen you in your personality, and to work with you in such a way that you feel optimally prepared and positioned for your next step.
My formula for success: Comprehensive and detailed briefings and a profound situation analysis form the basis for every search and coaching mandate. I work very closely with my clients and in the process with my candidates.
