Leadership and Personal Branding Workshops
I offer leadership and career workshops for (senior) management teams and executive MBA students.
If you want to strengthen your team and prepare them for their next tasks in the company, it is important that each team member knows their own strength profile, positions themselves strongly through a self-developed personal branding and also gets feedback from their colleagues as to where they see the team member’s actual talents and features .
My workshops, which are tailored to your needs, will provide you with this holistic perspective. The feedback strengthens and sharpens your own profile and gives each team member new and valuable insights, from which the individual, the group and the company can benefit sustainably and can become more mindful and better prepared for tomorrow’s tasks.
I am happy to provide references on request.
Compensation studies
Compensation and the respective salary components (fixed and variable components, but also company cars, bonuses, company pension schemes or tax-free extras such as fuel vouchers or the assumption of further training costs, day care places, etc.) influence the competitiveness of a company when attracting new employees or retaining existing employees.
When changing to a new employer, the salary jump is an important motivation. This is something I pick up from my conversations with potential candidates all the time.
Compensation studies bring transparency to existing earnings structures and show whether compensation is in line with the market in the respective area of the company. They also provide important insights into the composition of salary components, an assessment of competitiveness, and indications of trends in the market.
The results of a Princeton University study and a Glassdoor survey also show that:
● Corporate culture and values (22.1 per cent)
● Management and supervisors (21.1 per cent)
● Career opportunities (18.8 per cent)
● Business prospects (13.9 per cent)
● Work-life balance (12.1 per cent)
● Compensation and benefits (12 per cent)
are the factors with the greatest influence on overall employee satisfaction per income group and, in the long term, it is the interplay of these factors that determines whether you can attract employees and retain them in your company over the long term.
