New ways – Let’s go together

To me, coaching means supporting a person in the development of their potential, the achievement of the next career step, a change or a specific concern. This is done through questions, feedback, new impulses and the use of tools and methods individually tailored to their needs.

I deliberately do not work according to the same pattern, but rather, depending on the client and the situation, with a suitable tool or methodology that gives structure to reach the goal independently but with guidance.

I see my strength in this diversity and situational orientation – coupled with my many years of professional experience, my empathy and authentic interest in the individual.

Unfolding your potential and developing your personal brand is my special skill.

Today more than ever we are confronted with ever new challenges (digitalization, globalization, black swans like pandemics, political transformations etc.). This makes it more important to position yourself intelligently and with foresight in times of continuous change and also to overcome the challenges with mental strength. For your further career progress a clear positioning and communication of your competencies, ambitions and strengths with the relevant stakeholders is key.

As a Leader and Senior Executive you need to take high level and strategic decisions and perform under high pressure. With a sparring partner you can reflect on some of your challenges, receiving objective feedback and tools to recharge mentally. As Executive Coach and exernal advisor I can also help you to identify your blind spots and areas of improvement.

My areas of Coaching include Career Coaching, Executive Coaching, Onboarding Coaching and Business Coaching.
