Co-founder and partner of “&ahead – one career is not enough”<\/h2>\n

&ahead<\/a> is a career platform and network that gives individual support in form of digital tools to those seeking to re-enter the professional marketplace after a career break, in particular young mothers and fathers.<\/p>\n

We have developed a methodology that structures and facilitates this process. &ahead<\/a> offers forums and workshops as well as group, individual and e-coaching sessions several times a year. In addition, our members benefit from a virtual as well as face-to-face mentoring program with experts from partner companies primarily in the sectors of finance, consumer goods, IT and healthcare.<\/p>\n

We also work with them by sharing their vacancies and open positions on our career portal<\/a>, making them accessible to our candidates.<\/p>\n

In return, we help them design a career re-entry program tailored to our target group and company needs. A special concern of mine is to encourage more women and to support them in realizing their own business ideas and leading them to success.<\/h2>\n

According to a study, the main motivation for women to start a business is independence. Another reason is to use their own skills and experience, to implement a business idea and also to want to make a difference. A lack of willingness to take risks and a lack of self-confidence are the two main reasons for not starting a business. <\/p>\n

To better utilize the start-up potential of women and thus to see more great ideas realized, many of them with a social impact (17 UN SDG`s), is very close to my heart. I am happy to support, advise and accompany you in positioning, reflection and implementation in the critical start-up phase and beyond.<\/p>\n
