For more than 25 years, I have been supporting companies in the search for and acquisition of talents and executives as a personnel consultant, including 15 years as an entrepreneur with my own executive services boutique.

As an executive coach, I have successfully supported many senior managers in achieving their career goals over the past years. In addition, I am a co-founder and partner of “&ahead – one career is not enough”, a digital career platform for career re-relaunch and career reorientation.

As director of the Founder Institute Frankfurt, the world’s largest accelerator program, I specifically support innovation, entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem in the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main region.
